Lil’ Chef arrived at Coco Palm in April, adding another mouth-watering breakfast and lunch spot for our guests’ enjoyment. Choose from all-day breakfast favourites like Eggs Benedict and Florentine, or healthy, fresh fruit smoothies laced with wheatgerm and flax; depending on your hunger level, enjoy a relaxed lunch of Feta Salad, Mushrooms on Toast or Steak Frites; run in and grab a hot, crusty baguette to take back to your business meeting or off to the beach! Swing by after a day out, and enjoy a great cocktail, tropical fruit juice or a restoring cup of tea. With a team headed up by Chef Rosie Joinville, from Rodney Bay Village’s popular Big Chef Steakhouse, Lil’ Chef is bound to be the hottest daytime eatery in the north of the island, so be sure and leave time to visit often!

Certified Angus Beef features in delicious burgers and pies, and the Lil Chef team offer their usual high quality food, flavours and service. Tropical fruit juices, cold beers and naughty cocktails will finish off your day just right, or get the evening off to a great start!

About Us
Bio - Chef Rosie Joinville
Chef Rosie Joinville was a top student at London’s Cordon Bleu Cooking School; with her diploma in her pocket, she travelled the world, cooking on a floating hotel in France, hotels in Hong Kong and even on a sheep farm in Australia. On return to London, Rosie taught at the Cordon Bleu, until one of her students offered her a job in St. Lucia. Her wanderlust tempted again, Rosie packed her bags and set off to begin a new career in the Caribbean. She managed several restaurants since, including the legendary San Antoine and the prestigious resort kitchens of Windjammer Landing, before taking over Big Chef Steak House with husband Marc in 2007.
Bio – Marc Joinville
A self-proclaimed perfectionist, Marc Joinville’s hospitality management experience is vast. Marc studied at Cesar Ritz School of Hotel Management in Switzerland and first worked at The Baur Au Lac Hotel in Zurich. After a post-graduate degree in Halifax Nova Scotia, he returned to his native St. Lucia, and went on to hold senior hotel management positions at Jalousie Plantation, Sandals Resorts, Windjammer Landing and Coconut Bay; Marc also spent time in Sandals Jamaica, Turks & Caicos and Antigua, before teaming up with his wife, Chef Rosie, to take over and re-vamp Big Chef Steak House. The rest, as they say, is history!
